Pillow Talk

I needed to take a quick detour from honeymoon pictures to tell this story.

Something that Jordan and I didn't know we would love so much is pillow talk. After jumping right back into work and school, we have been going to bed completely wiped out. We will be practically sleeping while brushing our teeth and sleep walking through our bedtime routine, but the moment we hit the pillow, we can't shut up--and I mean WE. It's not just the woman, HE LOVES it. We just talk and talk and talk. Last night, we got kind of into a deep discussion that somehow turned into if one of us had to die, who should it be? (I know, morbid. But you think about those things when you're first married!) As I was explaining what I thought and why, I suddenly heard faint snarling and barking noises. I opened my eyes and looked at the ceiling to find Jordan making a dog's shadow with his hands. Apparently this is how he feels about dying first. I don't think we've ever laughed so hard together. Now I know that men have short attention spans, especially when light is being cast onto the ceiling, and that Jordan can make really good shadow dogs.
